Marguerite Elizabeth Grace

MARGUERITE ELIZABETH GRACE Marguerite Elizabeth Grace of Trinidad, Colorado, passed away on August 12, 2025, just shy of her 89th birthday. She was born in Oklahoma but spent most of her life living in the Southwest, particularly Santa Fe, NM, which she loved and considered her true home. When she graduated from high school, she served proudly in the US Marine Corps at a time when very few women joined the military at all, much less a branch as dedicated as the Corps. After honorably serving, she eventually found her way to Santa Fe and became one of the founders of Real Estate West, which became one of the top three real estate firms in Santa Fe at that time. She loved traveling, remodeling, and decorating homes, had a professional quality singing voice, was a talented artist, loved fishing and the outdoors, was an enthusiastic gardener, but most of all, had a zest for life and adventure that all who knew her were touched by. She is survived by two sons and a daughter, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and very close, dear friends. We will all deeply miss her and the adventure that she brought to our lives!
