1988 - 2021

Paul Andrew Martinez Jr., 33, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, Nov. 15, 2021 as a result of a hit and run accident in Jacksonville, Florida.
He was born on September 20, 1988 in Trinidad, Colorado. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Nick L. Sr., and Juanita Trujillo, his paternal grandparents Anthony and Donna Sanchez and his aunt Patricia Romero.
He is survived by his children Xavier Maes and Adrianna Martinez; his parents Paula and Bulmaro Guzman and Andy Martinez Sr.; his brothers and sisters Josh (Makayla) Guzman, Vanessa Guzman, Enrique Guzman, Anthony ""Manny"" Martinez, Dakota Martinez, Alex Martinez, and Noah Martinez; stepbrothers Christopher Terrazas and Jeremiah Terrazas. Also survived by grandparents Carmen and Lawrence Munoz as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
He was an avid Denver Broncos and Denver Nuggets fan. He loved spending time with his family. He loved listening to rap music and playing video games. He was also creative in cutting and styling hair. He loved his mom's and grandma's fried chicken and red chile. He was a talented artist and liked to draw and write in calligraphy.
There will be a private family viewing. Celebration of Life service for family and friends will be Thursday, December 9, 2021 at 1pm at Comi Funeral Home with Pastor Kim Pittman officiating. Burial will follow at the Masonic Cemetery. Pallbearers are Stephen Jimenez, Manny Martinez, Noah Martinez, David Munoz, Carlos Sanchez, and Kevin Snyder.
