Deborah Gail Heard

1955 - 2025

Deborah Gail (White) Heard, age 70, passed away peacefully at her home on Dec. 1, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. She was born Sept. 2, 1955, in Gainesville, Ga., to the late John N. White and late Lillian Kelly White.
Deborah could often be found taking care of animals and her flowers. She enjoyed being outside and working in her yard. When she wasn't outside, she liked to browse and shop on eBay. More than anything else, Deborah was a loving mother, sister and grandmother who cherished her family.
In addition to her parents, Deborah is preceded in death by her loving husband, Cleon Egbert Heard; sister, Terri Harkins; and her brother-in-law, Dennis Harkins.
Deborah is survived by her son, Joshua Heard (Chelsea); brother, Steve White (Barbie); sister, Suzanne Parks (Johnny); and grandchildren, Cromer Heard, Brooks Heard and Beckett Heard.
Visitation was held Saturday, Dec. 6, 2025, from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. at Beck Funeral Home with a funeral service at 2 p.m. in the Beck Funeral Home Chapel. Interment followed the funeral service in Camp Creek Cemetery.
