Anita Cullinane Obituary

Anita L. Cullinane, 72, of Rockton, passed away at the DuBois Nursing Home on October 13, 2025.

Born in DuBois on February 22, 1953, she was the daughter of the late Austin and Caroline (Fridley) Overturf; her mother survives.

Anita was a high school graduate, was a housekeeper for local families, she enjoyed reading, playing Nitendo games, gardening, bird watching and walking Spruce Hill. Her greatest joy was when her sons and their families came to visit her.

She is survived by her mother, Caroline, and sons, Matthew (Laura) Cullinane of Westminster, MA and Andrew (Caroline) Cullinane of Lancaster, MA; four grandchildren: Savannah, Holly, Conor and Eve; a brother, Austin Overturf of Rockton; and several nieces and nephews.

Anita was preceded in passing by her father and brothers, Dale and Jeffrey Overturf.

There will be no local services.

Memorials may be made to the organization of the donor's choice.

The Adamson Funeral Chapel & Crematorium is charge of arrangements.
