Dennis Brubaker Obituary
Born on March 23, 1968 in DuBois, he was the son of the late Dennis R. Brubaker and Clara (Savoia) Brubaker Trunzo. His mother survives and lives in Brockway, PA.
On Sept. 6, 1997, he married his wife of 27 years, Marnie L. Shenkle Brubaker. She survives.
Denny's family was his life. He loved to do any activity, just to be with them. He enjoyed their many trips to Walt Disney World, their movie nights and sitting down to a family dinner. Denny also loved anything Pittsburgh Sports and being in the outdoors. He was a great guy that was loved by many, and will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his children (Michael Brubaker of Pittsburgh, and Benjamin Brubaker and Morgan Brubaker, both of DuBois), his stepfather (Rich Trunzo of Brockway), his siblings (Bridget Bingham and her husband Hoby of Reynoldsville, and Shawn Brubaker of Brockway), his in-laws (Mike and Sug Shenkle of DuBois), and numerous nieces and nephews.
As per Denny's request, all funeral arrangements are private.
Burial will take place in Wildwood Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made to a charity of the donor's choice in the DuBois or Brockway Area.
The Baronick Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc. is in charge of arrangements.

Prayers to the Brubaker family. Denny (punk) was like a big brother to all of us that are Shawn's friends. He always welcomed us and had that amazing smile. Denny kept us in line and watched over us. Ben and Michael spent a lot of time at our house and we're good friends to our son Dougie. He will be terribly missed. Denny is now with our Lord and Savior in paradise.
