1958 - 2025

Jeffrey Alan Lukens, 67, of Treasure Lake, DuBois, PA passed away suddenly on Saturday, October 18, 2025.

Born on January 6, 1958, in Philipsburg, PA, he was the son of the late Wilfred Lukens and Gale (Bilanish) Vance. His mother survives.

Jeff married Denise (Kashella) Lukens, his beloved wife of 45 years, in 1980.

He was a Christian by faith and attended Treasure Lake Interdenominational Church.

Jeff attended Pennsylvania State University, where he obtained an associate degree. He had been a dedicated employee of Penn Highlands DuBois for over 35 years.

He was an avid fisherman and always had a bigger and better fish story to tell. In his younger years, Jeff enjoyed hunting. He was kind and generous and often did good deeds behind the scenes. Jeff was a man's man – affectionately named by Kim Fike. He loved to kid and tease his friends and acquaintances.

Jeff enjoyed spending time at camp, side by side riding with wonderful friends, and his Ranger Bass Boat.

Along with his wife and mother, he is survived by his three furry friends - Good Time Charlie, Jasmine, and Rilee.

His passing left a void in the hearts of his family, friends, co-workers, and many more whose lives were touched by him.

There will be no public visitation.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at 11 a.m. at the Treasure Lake Interdenominational Church, 1427 Bay Road, DuBois, PA 15801. Pastors Dick Whitaker and Pastor David Ginn will co-officiate.

The Baronick Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
