Born on November 12, 1964, in DuBois, PA, he was the son of the late George W. and Jean E. (Dush) Roush, Sr.
He was a 1984 graduate of Jeff Tech and DuBois Area High School.
Joe had been working for Delaney Auto Group in DuBois, and previous to that had worked at WalMart in DuBois for 30 years.
He was a member of the Sandy Hose Company #1 Fireman's Club.
Joe enjoyed working around his home and tinkering in his garage working on cars and lawn mowers. He also enjoyed going to antique car shows, and had a passion for motorcycles.
He is survived by one son (Joseph T. Roush, Jr. of DuBois, PA), and one brother (George W. Roush of Maryland).
There will be no public visitation. A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2025, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Baronick Funeral Home and Crematorium, Inc., 211 S. Main St., DuBois.
Burial will take place in Lakelawn Memorial Park.
Memorial donations may be made to Center for Organ Recovery & Education, 204 Sigma Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15238, and/or Gateway Humane Society, PO Box 678, Falls Creek, PA 15840.
The Baronick Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
