Survivors parents; husband, Richard "Rick" Pack; daughters, Sarah (James) Wood, and Ashley (James) Turner; 10 grandchildren; brother, Jefferey Chadwick; twin sister, Loreen Starkey.

Services, 1:00 p.m. Friday, July 30, 2021 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, New Castle. Burial, Batson Cemetery. Visitation, 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Friday at church.
