We used to live above Joe and Glenda on New York Ave. I sometimes babysat for their little baby. Very sweet people. Joe was friends with my brothers. His sister Jeanne was my best friend in grade school. The whole whole family was exceptional. RIP, Joe. You'll wake up and live soon. May the family be strong.
