Randall Hall Obituary
Randall Gene Hall, 69, of New Castle passed away Sunday March 26, 2023, at his home. He was born March 12, 1954, to the late Ralph & Pauline (Withrow) Hall.
Randall graduated from the Indianapolis School of the Blind in 1974. Even though he had lifelong disabilities, Randy had a great sense of humor. He loved rock-n-roll music and could tell you who sang what song and what year it came out. He knew the words to almost all the songs he would hear.
Left to cherish his memory are four siblings; Kenneth (Connie) Hall, Jim (Sharon) Hall, Karen Butler & Bureda Hanlon: 22 nieces and nephews and several great- nieces and nephews as well as cousins and extended family also survive.
Randall was proceeded in death to his parents listed above, two infant brothers: Phillip & Wayne, as well as, brothers and sister-in-law Bob & Verne, Dave (Jody) and Rose, Darrell and Geni, Larry and Ivan Ray Hall
Visitation for Randall will be Thursday March 30, 2023 at Rose City Funeral Home; 2011 Broad St in New Castle, from 4:00 ~ 7:00 PM. Funeral Services will be Friday March 31, 2023, at the funeral with Pastor Jesse Flood officiating. Burial will take place at South Mound Cemetery.
