Richard Grigsby Obituary
Richard Dewayne Grigsby passed from this life on May 28, 2022, at the age of 73. He was the son of Garald Grigsby and Pauline Tomblinson Grigsby.
He was a Veteran of the Army. He met the love of his life, Jane Wheatley. They married Feb. 11, 1971. They were married for 36 years when Jane passed away. Rickey pipelined and worked for White County Paving Company for many years. He was also a carpenter and worked with his dad. Rickey liked to hunt and fish. He loved to hunt for arrowheads. He had quite a collection of Indian Artifacts. Rickey liked to listen to Bob Seger.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Jane, and his parents, Garald Grigsby and Pauline Grigsby.
He is survived by three brothers; Kenneth Grigsby (Jackie) of Norman, Okla.; Gary Grigsby (Sandy) of Russell, Ark.; and Shawn Grigsby (Tami) of Bald Knob, Ark. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
He will be greatly missed!
Services are entrusted with Powell Funeral Home-Bald Knob, Ark. Visitation will be held on Friday, June 3, 2022, at the funeral home chapel from 7-8 p.m. Funeral service will be Saturday, June 4, 2022, at 10 a.m. at the funeral home chapel.
