Irene H. Case

Irene H. (Kish) Case, 76, of Vineland passed away on Saturday, Sept. 8, 2012, at home, surrounded by her family.

Born in Piscataway, to the late Paul and Susan (Racz) Kish, she lived in New Brunswick before moving to South Jersey in 1993. Irene was a good-natured person until the end, despite her many hardships she had in life. She loved being with her children, especially her grandchildren, who were her life.

In addition to her parents, Irene is predeceased by husbands, Charles F. Ellis to whom she was married for 19 years, and John Case Jr. as they were married for 15 years. Also, a son Andrew C. Ellis predeceased her, along with four brothers, Andy, Paul, John and Ernie Kish.

Irene is survived by her beloved son and his wife, Ernest and Carrie (Kauffman) Ellis, and four cherished granddaughters, Krystal, Amanda, Andrea and Alicia Ellis.

A funeral home visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday from Rone Funeral Service, Vineland. A church visitation will be held from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. on Thursday from Christ the Good Shepherd Parish, the Church of St. Isidore the Farmer, where a funeral Mass will begin at 11 a.m.

Burial will take place on Friday in Van Lien Cemetery, 585 Georges Road, North Brunswick.
