Jessica Maldonado Obituary
Jessica "Lyric" Maldonado (38), passed away on Saturday, September 16th, 2017. Born June 27, 1979 in Vineland, NJ to Ruben and Carmen Maldonado. She is survived by her children, Phillip, Cameron, Cadence, and Amina Nevaeh.
Mother arrived from Newcomb hospital a few days later. I bolted for the car, eagerly peering at the back seat but I couldn't make anything of the child. Anticipation.. was keeping me waiting. Back then there were no child safety seats. You held your child tightly in your bosom. Seeing the desperation on my face, mother apologetically says, "I really tried son. But a baby girl came out!"
(Sigh). "It's ok mom" I replied, "we'll keep her!"
We invite family and friends to hear more about Jessica on Saturday, from 2pm to 4pm at the DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home, 2755 S. Lincoln Ave. Vineland. A Memorial service will be held at 3:30pm. Memories, thoughts and prayers may be extended to the family by visiting dlfuneral.com.

I miss you so much I'm stick , I'm devastated I wake up every day these last 3 wks n realize it's for real and I get that punch to the gut.I get it every time I wake up, sometimes I talk to you n then I tell myself 'why would she be watching you anyway she has kids 'but I still talk to you even if one of the times your with me at least you'll hear me. I remember you and my sister Theresa hanging out. You from Tarklin Park and we from Axtell Estates. Jessica you're no longer fighting, no struggles, no more pain. I was told when someone passes away they become a memory but I believe when someone passes away they become a treasure. RIP little girl

I'm sorry you lost your girl. You guys are a good family and are in my thoughts. Jessica will always be in my heart. I think she's really lucky. She's roaming heavens that she's created, in a state of being we can't even comprehend. She's lucky.
