Uncle Wilmer, you will be sadly missed by Charles and I. We love you. I will never forget how you, my dad, Uncle Jimmy, and Uncle Leon went joy riding in my car because it was a convertible or when you came to visit in California and we took you to Angel Stadium. We will always remember the good years of memories that you gave us. Our condolences to all our cousins.
