Dorlis Waters Obituary
She was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Mary Stephens Waters; brothers, James Richard Waters and Hubert Waters; sisters, Charlotte Waters and Shirley Waters; nephew, Michael Waters.
Dorlis is survived by brothers and sister-in-law, Edward Waters and Marion (Jo Ann) Waters; nieces and nephews, Cindy Waters, Rick (Penny) Waters, Beth (Jim) Fox, Jama (Kelly) Waters, Theresa Ring, Ron (Cindy) Waters, Eric (Shayne) Waters, Nathan (Sylvia) Waters, Matt (Katie) Waters; many cousins, great-nieces, great-nephews; longtime friends including Peggy Coffey and Jody Macdonald. Special thanks to Joan Ownby and Gayle Johnson for their care during the last year of Dorlis's life.
Family and friends will meet at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, January 10, 2024, at Pleasant Hill Cemetery for a graveside service. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the American Cancer Society.
