Since one of Joe's favorite places to be on a pretty day was on the water, a Celebration of his Life will be held at Louisville Point Park, Cox Road, Louisville on Joe's birthday, Saturday, March 30, 2024, from 12:00p.m. to 2:00p.m. At the celebration, we will be enjoying some of Joe's favorite foods and the company of his friends.
