Mary Helen Montgomery Ingram, 84 years old, passed away at Shannondale of Maryville on September 25, 2025. She was born December 3, 1940 in Sevier County. She was a 1958 graduate of Sevier County High school. She graduated from the University Of TN School Of Nursing in 1962. Helen worked as a nurse for 36 years, retiring from Blount Memorial Hospital. She is preceded in death by her husband Tommy Ingram; parents Frank and Zora Montgomery; brother David Montgomery; stepson Jimmy Ingram. She is survived by her sister-in-law Barbara Montgomery of Pigeon Forge; sister-in-law Mazie Ingram of Alabama; nephew John Montgomery of Dandridge; niece Christi Montgomery of Greenback; stepdaughter Lisa O'Toole of Arizona; grandchildren Caitlin Rohde of AZ, David Ingram of AZ and Scott Ingram of AZ; great grandchildren; special niece Delores Rule; great niece Holly Thompson. Special thank you to the nursing staff at Shannondale and Amedisys Hospice Care for how well they cared for her. She will be buried at East TN State Veterans Cemetery.
