Christine A. "Chris" Larrison

Avon, Ind. - Christine A. Larrison, 74, passed away Oct. 14, 2025, at her home in Avon, Ind. from pancreatic cancer. Born Feb.10, 1951, in New London.

Chris dedicated 26 years to FedEx as a handler and later worked as a bus aide for Avon schools, until her illness.

She married Roy Larrison April 18, 1970, in Connecticut, before moving to Indiana. She was known for her quiet demeanor but was never afraid to speak her mind.

Throughout her life, Chris cherished her travels, including memorable cruises to the Caribbean and Nova Scotia with her sister, family picnics in Connecticut, eating a grinder at Hamilton's market, the beaches and a notable trip to New York City for New Year's Eve.

Chris is survived by her daughter Theresa; son Mike; grandchildren, Brylee, Addyson and Bradee; lifelong companion Roy; and her beloved dog, Sparky. She also leaves behind her brothers, Al, Frank, John and Mike Kovalik; sister Patty Krajewski; aunts, Ginny and Joann from Connecticut, and Claire from Florida; along with many cousins, nieces, and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Rosalie (Roche) and Alfred F. Kovalik Sr.

A celebration of Chris's life will be held from 1 to 5 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 24, 2026, at the VFW in Montville, Ct.
