Daniel Docker Obituary
Daniel lived in Groton, and graduated from St. Bernard High School, class of 1973. He enlisted in the U.S. Navy serving as a corpsman and was honorably discharged, he later served in the Connecticut National Guard. He was united in marriage in St. Joseph Church to the former Mary Orlando, Mary survives him. Mr. Docker retired from Hunters Ambulance as a EMT for many years. He was a active member, of the New London Republicans.
Besides his beloved wife Mary, he is survived by a daughter Annamaria and husband Ryan Christian of New London. Four siblings, Michael Docker of WA, Elena Docker, MD of Utah, Katrina Docker, MD of Norwich, Yelisveta Cheremeteff-Docker of Virginia.
His family will receive relatives and friends from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, at the Impellitteri-Malia Funeral Home, 84 Montauk Ave., New London. Interment will be private.

I knew Dan at OCS in Niantic back in 1981. He was the 'go to guy' for anything anyone needed. Place you order with Dan and it would mysteriously show up later that evening. A great guy and a dedicated soldier!
