Dave was a good friend of mine and we grew up together in Springfield. We have traded emails and saw each other infrequently and last was in July 2013 when we spent a few days together at the lake. We talked about life and trucks, boats and guns and when we were kids. We always greet each other on Christmas and I sent him an email a few days ago ( Feb 2018) and asked how everything was and if he was still working. When I didn't hear back I guessed something was wrong. I wish I had been a better friend lately and will always miss him. Wish I could have been aware that he was sick and somehow helped. Thanks for being a friend for life! Rest in peace brother and God Bless. Darrel (Fuzz) Adams.

I knew Dave before his Technic days, I worked for him at a place called IPEC. I am sorry to hear that Dave has passed, he was a great guy. I spent some time with Dave outside of work, he would tell me his fishing stories, he even showed me the LED light he rigged to put at the end of his pole at night to see if he hooked one, which was a big deal at the time.
Dave, you will be missed and I will remember you fondly as a friend and coworker, fly on proud bird, your free at last.

Dave worked as a mechanical engineer at Technic, Inc. for 21 years. He was professional, principled, thorough and dedicated to help making Technic produce products we could all be proud of. We were very sorry to see him retire last year. And even sorrier to learn that his retirement was so short.

Dad. I cant believe your gone. It hurts so much that you were such a proud and private man up until the end. Theres nothing i would have loved more than to be by your side reassuring you that you were loved and that you were a good father and friend. You've left an emptiness in my heart and you'll be missed and remembered Dad.
