Elizabeth Apicelli Obituary
Elizabeth was born in New London April 23, 1932, the daughter of William and Bertha Nott. She married the late Henry A. Apicelli April 23, 1953, in Westerly, R.I. Henry passed away April 30, 2014.
She worked as a customer service representative for Bank of America for many years. She was a communicant of St. Agnes Church in Niantic.
She is survived by a son Henry W. Apicelli and his wife Vicki of Oakdale; a daughter Laura Apicelli-Cece and her husband Tony of New London; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one brother Joseph Nott Sr. of New London; and one sister Virginia Petri of Virginia. She was predeceased by two brothers, Walter Nott Sr. and William Nott Jr.; and one sister Rosalie Nott.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 19, 2021, at the St. Mary Cemetery, 600 Jefferson Avenue, New London.

Though I never had the opportunity to meet Elizabeth, I have heard nothing but beautiful things about her. Knowing how good hearted her daughter Laura is, and has been to my family, I can only be assured that it comes from having a mom like Elizabeth. May you rest in piece and dance with the angels. You will be immensely missed.
