Gail Ellen Barry

1958 - 2025

Meriden - Gail Ellen Barry born May 9, 1958, in Meriden, passed away peacefully Nov. 18, 2025 surrounded by her loved ones after a brave battle with cancer.
Gail graduated from Platt High School in 1976, before entering the workforce as a printing press operator.
Gail's interests were as vibrant and diverse as her personality. When not strumming the guitar, Gail could be found reading a Stephen King novel, working on puzzles, or planting in the garden.

The words courageous, spirited, and thoughtful are but a few that encapsulate the essence of Gail. Her close friends, Pat and Jerry, will remember her laughter and companionship. Her many nieces and nephews will cherish their fond memories of her.

Gail is predeceased by her parents, Joan Santoro and Joe Seriani; and her sister Terry Doak. She is survived by her siblings, Richard and Denise Seriani, Dianne Bafuma, Connie and Bob Breon, Harold and Michele Mitchell.
Gail's passing leaves a void in the hearts of many, yet her legacy endures through the lives she touched and the memories she created.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 28, at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Meriden, 250 Gypsy Lane.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations will be accepted by Smilow Cancer Patient Assistance, Waterford, Ct. and the Connecticut Humane Society.
