James Dowd Obituary
James was born in Norwich, to Carol and James Dowd Sr. He married his wife Ruthie Williams Aug. 3, 1985, in Mystic. He worked as a plant operator for North East Enterprise and Tilcon for 30yrs.
James was preceded in death by James Dowd Sr. His survivors include his wife Ruthie Dowd; and their three children, James Dowd III, Jamie Lamb, and Jennifer Dowd. His mother Carol Dowd his sister Cheryl Destremps; his brother Craig Dowd; and two granddaughters, Katelyn Lamb and Mia Neill.
Byles Memorial Home is assisting the family with private services.
