To the Aruda Families: John was fun to talk with at Electric Boat, love to eat good foods during lunch. For years I always think about him, remember him as an outstanding person he was to all. GOD BLESS him forever more.

My sincere condolences to his niece and brother. I met John about 4 years ago when I started my sweet bread business and we quickly became friends. I learned so much from him about the Stonington community. My heart is broken and I will miss our phone conversations so very much. RIP John. Your little Portagee friend, Mary
