Joe was the guy to call when you wanted to know anything East Lyme. He was a dedicated professional who monitored the pulse of the community & was there for many in times of need. I didn´t only bring family & friends to the restaurant for the best Zuppe di pesce around but also to catch his infectious smile, a kind word, & watch how happy he was to be at home with his family. Angela, Sam, Jess very sorry for this huge loss. Joe will forever live with fond memories.

Joe was a super guy who was also friendly and a comedian. He did a lot of work to keep Southeastern Connecticut safe since his mid teens. My Dad and brother Justin considered him a friend as do I. My Dad was also a big fan of his work as it was done legally and ethically. This speaks to Joes character, if people were to emulate Joe the world would be a better place. ~ Eric WDC

You have lost someone very special, someone who touched many hearts. Grief is difficult. No one is prepared for this. He will send you signs and be with you in places you go, and in the things you do. It is hard to lose a life long partner. He was fortunate to have you in his life. I hope the emptiness you all feel will be filled with fond and happy memories My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
