Lori Schlough Obituary

Baltic - Lori Schlough of Baltic, and formerly of Groton, lost her battle of terminal illnesses Dec. 12, 2024, surrounded by her family. Lori brought laughter and happiness everywhere she went. She was loved by many and will be mourned by all.

Loris' greatest achievement in life was her family. Lori loved her family more than words could say and she would move mountains to do anything for them.

Lori was preceded in death by her mother Sandra McKenna; her stepmother Linda Boss; and her beloved daughter Amber Schlough. Lori leaves behind her devoted husband Lloyd; and her daughters, Allison Schlough, Sarah Schlough and Jessica Schlough; her father Bob Boss; stepfather William McKenna; and two sisters. Lori had five beautiful granddaughters she cherished more than life itself; and many nieces and nephews.

Family was the most important thing to Lori. She loved spending time with her daughters and granddaughters. In the summer, she loved taking trips with her husband to beautiful beaches. She was so funny (just ask her). Her laughter, humor, smile and unconditional love will be missed.

A farewell ceremony will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. Jan. 5, 2025, at Byles-Groton Memorial Home, 310 Thames Street, Groton. Please visit www.Byles.com to sign the guestbook, share a memory or ask for directions.
