Patrick Monahan Obituary
Patrick served in the United States Navy and went on to retire from the Naval Underwater System Center.
He was loved by all for his free spirit, love for the arts and the ability to put a smile on everyone's face.
The family invites you to a Celebration of Life at 1 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 10, at the Groton Elks Lodge, 700 Shennecossett Road, Groton. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you donate to a charity of your choice.

Pat and I worked a lot together over the years at the New London lab. He was always up for a challenge and worked hard at success. His big smile and humor kept our projects fun meter high. Our condolences for your loss.

Pat was always a great person to work with. He has that "can do" spirit. The more challenging the more he would enjoy it. When I say they "Broke the mold" many will know exactly what I am saying. To the family he leaves behind, Pat was respected ad liked.
