Terry Wrighten Obituary
Terry was born on May 26, 1980, in New London to Nathaniel Prince Kelly and Virginia Drayton. He was a member of Pentecostal Rescue Mission, Pastor Nathanial Scott. He was very active in the community through coaching.
Calling hours are from 9 to 11 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 22 in Trinity Missionary Baptist Church, 60 Blackhall St., New London. A funeral service will follow at 11 a.m in the church. Burial will follow in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Broad St., New London.
Fulton-Theroux Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.

I worked with Terry at The Day and my husband worked with Terry at Coca Cola. I just saw Terry and hugged him at The Coca Cola holiday party, December 10th and then to learn of his passing shortly after was heartbreaking. He always had a smile. He touched many souls. My condolences to his children and family.

Mr. Terry MB AKA super cupcake Wrighten, it's been hard to chase down the words and the feelings. Of how much sorrow and joy of losing another link in our chain. A true MB (mommaboy)I know you cuddling happy now lol. Chilling with Chief Master filling you to no ends. You can laugh as loud without hearing Terry shh dag not so loud shout up...
We Just wish we all had more time.. to enjoy you pain in the side just one more second, one hour, one day.... At least you made it through NLYFL SUPERBOWL 2016...
Until we see you in the big bowl. Promise to watch out and keep our cupcakes from miss steps and let them know you were there...

Life will continue to go on , that's what Terry would want. His life, his memories, his legacy will continue. Terry touched a lot of lives, he provided guidance to a lot of young men. For this, I'm sure they are grateful. Rest In peace my NEPHEW. Although you are no longer on this earth with us, you are always in our hearts.

So sorry to learn of Terry's passing. Youth football was blessed to have this man as an integral part of their organization. Although we had our disagreements, there was nothing but love and friendship between Terry and I. I will miss his laugh and his hugs at every game. I wish peace for his family and hope that his sons grow to be as generous as their father was.

This was horrible news to see. My heart goes out to his family and young 5 year old son and his other son as well. We will never know gods plan or why he was chosen at such a young age. I am so sorry for the kids and the ones he coached. He put in so many years ,time, effort ,love and dedication he put in during football. You will be missed by so many. Rip. My heart goes out to the Wrighten Family. Terry went to school with my daughter and I got to know him as a respectful well raised and mannerable young man I Iiked him very much. No matter how much we like or love someone, nobody can love them like Our Father in Heaven therefore when he want us home he will come get us. My condolences to the family. I have known Terry almost my whole life and he has always been a nice and funny person. I never even recalled seeing him mad or fighting. Until his passing, we were both in the same line of work, so I saw him often during the work day. Again, my condolences and Terry will be greatly missed.
