Thomas "TA" Ali

Lebanon - Thomas "TA" Ali, 67, of Lebanon, passed away unexpectedly at his home June 29, 2025. Tom was the son of the late Harry and Catherine Ali and late brother Ronald Ali. He is survived by his wife and soulmate Karen Keramidas. He leaves behind son David Ali; sister Linda and brother-in-law Ray Carter; nieces, Amy Polek and Angela Gaymon; and three step-sons, Robert, Nick and James Keramidas. He also leaves behind several grandchildren who called him Grampy; and great-nieces and nephews who adored their Grampy and were taught to have patience in everything they do.

Tom worked as a heavy hydraulic mechanic at Electric boat for 45 years where he was a dedicated employee and would drop everything he was doing to help someone out.

Outside of work, Tom found true joy casting a line in his back yard at Red Cedar lake, which was his sanctuary and where he was always on the look out for "big Wally." His favorite times of the year were Memorial Day and July Fourth, when he threw elaborate picnics and got all the family and friends together.

Those who knew Tom will remember he his sense of humor and his love for storytelling. He will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved him. Per his request, there will be no services.
