Susan and Family,
Sorry to hear the news of Bill's passing, we had so much fun working at the Subase with Bill and the others from the ROICC office. He was a great guy and friend, we all worked for the Kendland Corp. and the ROICC invited all of us to his retirement party where i think we even met you. i myself cannot say enough good about him and could go on for hours telling stories but he was always someone you could count on and always had your back. so rest in piece my friend it was a pleasure to know you.
