Kirk, Dani and family
Alison was my student at Samuel Merritt University during her pediatric nursing course. Her outstanding academic and clinical performance were remarkable, but even more unique was her spirit, her dedication to nursing and her love for children and their families. She touched so many lives. She was a joy to teach and I was so happy to have her as a colleague. I will miss her but feel so privileged to have known her. I am sorry I will be out of town for the celebration of her life. My heart and prayers are with all of you.

I worked with Alison 20 years ago. She and I grew close and I will always remember her spirit, her kind heart and her compassion. Alison was there for my family 20 years ago and when my husband passed 4 years ago, there she was again with her warm smile and kind heart. The world was such a better place with her in it and I can only say that I was one of the lucky ones to have known her. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family during this time.

Kirk and Dani and Family -

I am sincerely sorry for your loss.

Alison was my student in nursing school and a wonderful friend. She always helped me whenever she could...which was often. Even though we didn't see each other much over the last few years, I thought of her often. She meant so much to me and I am forever deeply grateful for the gift I had in having her in my life.

May there be comfort in knowing that someone so special will never be forgotten.
