Carl Eugene Wagner

Carl Eugene Wagner was born in Johnstown, Pa. on June 14, 1937 and passed away on April 30, 2017. He was a long time resident of Sun City Palm Desert, California. Beloved husband of Carol Ann Wagner for fifty four years, who preceded his death four years ago. Beloved father of Cathy Bond, David Wagner and wife Kim Wagner, Don Wagner and wife Debbie Wagner. Surviving relatives also include many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand nephews.

Carl attended University of Pittsburgh from 1955-1959 and graduated with a degree in Business Administration. He married Carol Cover on June 14, 1958 and the family moved to Southern California in August, 1965. He was employed by Boeing Aircraft for 25 plus years in Long Beach California. He later earned a Master's degree from Pepperdine University. Once retired, Carl and Carol moved to Sun City Palm Desert, California where they enjoyed the nice weather, golfing, friends and family. Carl dedicated his life to family and friends and will be greatly missed.

Carl was a great guy. I played golf with him in the Sun City Niner's for many years. All his friends from the golf club were sorry to hear about his passing. He will be missed by many. Dave from the SCPD golf club.
