Mary and Mike,
I just learned that Carter passed earlier this year. This is so sad for me.
I cannot express how much influence Carter had on me personally and how much I appreciate everything he did for not only me, but everyone he came in contact with.
He was a uniquely compassionate and wonderful individual who did all he could to help everyone around him be the best that they could and never asked for anything in return.

Mary,
We will miss Carter an awful lot and sorry to hear of his passing. I must say just being with him on many occasions brightened my day so much.
He will surely be missed and may God bless him always.

Dear Mary and Family,
I just learned of Carter's passing from Judy Garcia at the diocese. I am very sad to hear the news. Carter was truly a great man in the basketball world and in every other world that he touched, not only helping young officials, but with the impact he had on CYO as well.
I will continue to have many memories of clinics and time spent with him at St. Clement. Our prayers are with Carter, you and the family.

g'morning, Mary. I've lost a dear and loyal friend in Carter. He probably has a basketball game organized up with the Lord already. What a guy! Miss him a bunch
