Charles Stephen Booth Jr.

Charles Stephen (Steve) Booth Jr. Heaven welcomed another angel on Saturday, September 29 when Steve passed away. Born in Los Angeles on January 31, 1940, Steve became an ordained priest in the Church of Latter Day Saints at the age of 17, served in the Army, frequently danced at his mother's dance studio, had small roles as an actor, and went on to rebuilding Corvettes and processing automobile claims. Steve was diagnosed with multiple myeloma, a cancer of the plasma, in April 2012. He underwent a ground breaking treatment at Eisenhower Medical Center in early May and upon discharge, lived with his fiancée, Cj Unzen, in Indio for the remainder of his life. Steve is remembered by his friends and family as being an extraordinarily kind and caring person. Steve is survived by his mother, Lylah Booth who resides in Indio, his brother Darcy, who resides in Temecula, nephews Michael and Jason Booth, and niece Denise Brown.
