Verner Frank Arrington, 72 of Bryan, died on April 25, 2006 at St. Joseph's Manor.
Mr. Arrington was born in Jones, LA. He was a retired maintenance worker for Gooseneck Trailer in Bryan.
He loved to build things, gardening and dancing. He was a giving man never meeting a stranger, and always having a good sense of humor even when he was feeling bad.
He was a member of the Sons of Herman.
A Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Friday, April 28, 2006 at the Kurten Cemetery in Kurten, Texas.
Visitation will be held at the cemetery from 10-11am on Friday.
He was preceded in death by his wife Joyce Arrington, and daughter Sherry Thompson.
Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law; Terry and Terry Arrington of Bryan; daughter, Sandra Mosley of Houston, Father-in-law; Douglas Lawson of Houston, Grandchildren; Kourtney Arrington, Jessica and Danielle Blocker of Bryan, Sam and Jody Thompson. Best friend, caretaker and companion; Pansy Gilmore and family of Bryan.
