March 31, 1955 - July 4, 2021
A Graveside service for Harold is set for 11 a.m. Saturday, July 17, under the pavilion at the Masonic Cemetery in Caldwell.
The Angels took Harold Schoellman home on July 4, 2021. It has been a hard fight the last four years and now Harold really won his battle with cancer. He's going to a place cancer is not allowed and pain does no longer exists. Now Harold can rejoice while walking the streets of gold with no pain and no sorrow.
Harold worked so hard all his life that he never got time to enjoy life. When he was diagnosed with cancer he retired, moved to Birch Creek Forest in Somerville. For the next few years he enjoyed driving around the neighborhood on his golf cart talking to all his neighbors. Harold said these last few years were the best few years of his life because he finally took the time to enjoy life.
He was welcomed by his parents, EH Schoellman & Charlotte Schoellmen; and grandparents, Hugo & Mary Schoellman, Richard & Bessie Hairgrove.
Survivors include his daughter, Marcia Schoellman of Denver, CO; brothers, Mike & Olga of Fishers, Indiana, John & Susie of College Station, TX, Matt of The Woodlands, TX; sisters, Leah & John Moore of Bryan, TX, Amy & Karl Griffor of Sierra Vista, AZ.
Services are under the direction of Strickland Funeral Homes, Caldwell.
