Kay Adams

Nov. 26, 1943 - Jan. 28, 2022

Kay Johnson Adams, 78, died on January 28, 2022. She was born on November 26, 1943, and grew up in Louisiana. She was married to Thomas Michael Couvillon from 1962 until 1987 and had four children. Kay was married to Ernest Eugene Adams from 1989 until his death in 2013.

She lived in College Station from 1993 to 2020. Kay is preceded in death by her mother, a brother and husband, Ernie Adams. She leaves four children, seven grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be 10 to 11 a.m. March 14, with Funeral Mass following, at St. Ignatius of Loyola Catholic Church, 7810 Cypresswood Dr., Spring, Texas. Interment will be private.

My sincere condolences to the family. I worked with Kay for several year with Texas Task Force 1 Urban Search & Rescue. She was a sweet lady and was a blessing to work with. She served the State of Texas during some major disasters and made a difference in the lives of many she never met. A wonderful person!
