Nora Hayes Obituary
Nora (Novak) Hayes, 65, of Bryan passed away at her home on Monday, October 15, 2012. Visitation is scheduled from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, October 19 at Memorial Funeral Chapel in Bryan. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, October 20 at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Bryan City Cemetery.
Nora was born December 16, 1946 in Bryan to Albert Novak, Jr. and Oleta Irene Novak. She was a loving mother, sister and aunt. She worked in the Hamilton Unit at TDCJ for several years She will be missed by numerous family members and her loving cat.
She is preceded in death by her parents; and son Michael Lynne Hayes Jr.
Survivors include her sisters, Tracy Stasny and husband, Greg, of Snook, Nancy Yeager of Hearne; nephews, Corey Boelter and wife, Jennifer, of Round Rock, Brennan Marshall and partner James Tidrow, of Hearne; niece, Lacie Guynes and husband, Chris, of Georgia; and numerous other family.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society at 3207 Briarcrest Drive Bryan, TX 77802 or the American Heart Association at 3833 S Texas Ave, Ste 216, Bryan, TX 77802.

I will truly miss Nora. We worked together at the Hamilton Unit but she was so much more than a co-worker, she was a true friend. She was always thinking of others and had a wonderful since of humor. Love you, Lora
