Janice Martin Obituary
July 27, 1967 - April 22, 2023
Janice Marie Martin, age 55, of Ferrum, passed away on Saturday, April 22, 2023. She was preceded in death by her father, James Sanders Sr.
Surviving are her husband of 38 years, Ralph Martin Sr.; three sons, Ralph (Cathy) Martin Jr., Sammy (Holly) Martin and Jonathan (Kayla) Martin; seven grandsons, two granddaughters; mother, Mary Beckner Sanders; three brothers, two sisters; and parents-in-law, Richard and Mary Martin. Janice loved flowers and her grandchildren were the love of her life.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Flora Funeral Chapel, 11 a.m. Friday, April 28, 2023. Inurnment will follow in the Guilliams Family Cemetery. Her family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.

Ralph, There are hearts that cannot be consoled and from the love you showed Janice, I'm convinced you have one of those hearts. Greg and I send our most heart felt sympathy to you and your family. We are here for you what ever the need. We mean that from the bottom of our hearts, we are here. There is no sound as loud as the silence of a home thats lost it's mother.
