William Lawrence Obituary
William R. Lawrence (Bill), passed away on Jan. 10.
Bill Lawrence, of Madison, Wis., just celebrated his 95th birthday and the holidays with his family. He marveled at the age he’d reached and the wonderful, long life he’d been blessed with.
Bill and his wife, Fern, were married almost 63 years, and share two daughters, Anne Marie and Ellen (Shawn Grover). Bill was also blessed with a large extended family and wonderful neighbors and friends.
The family greatly appreciates the incredible care Bill received from caregivers at Brookdale – Stonefield in Middleton, Agrace Hospice and Dr. Anne Kolan, MD.
Honoring his wish for no funeral, the family will have a private twilight meditation celebrating Bill and his love for watching the setting sun.
In lieu of flowers, consider donating to an environmental or educational charity of your choice (two of Bill’s passions), or Agrace.
“You gave us the world, unconditional love and forever a smile on your face. We love you, Dad – more than all the stars in the heavens.”
