Very sorry for your loss. I met Jim at William Penn the summer of '75 for football camp first week of August. I played at Marion and knew of him through sports in the metro area. Jim was not only a good athlete but a class act off the field. We were good that year and he was a big part of it. Thoughts and Prayers to his family.

Jim Dulin was a great guy. He really cared about all of his students. Jim mentored many young men and women especially at risk youth. He was just a kind soul and a good human being.

Prayers go out to the Dulin Family. Coach Dulin will forever be part of East Peoria High School. Those of us that were lucky to have class or get a chance to talk with him know ... We were very fortunate to have him. Rest in Peace Coach!
