Gary was united in marriage to Patricia Bell on April 1, 1969, in Jacksonville, Fla. He has been enjoying retirement for over a decade from PMX Industries in Cedar Rapids. He loved spending time with family, keeping his yard beautiful, and taking trips with his wife. Gary is survived by his wife, Patty; three daughters, Robin (David) Dunbar of Clarksville, Tenn., Brooke (Tim) Vavra of Davenport and Cindy (Aaron) Sesker of Pearl City, Ill.; two honorary sons, Tim Bell II and Shane Exman; nine grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
