I knew Mike for eight years, four of them as his neighbor in Asheville. He was all the things his family has written about him; friendly, loving, loyal, and filled with good humor. He was a special person in my life. I will miss him.

I always enjoyed seeing Mike's smiling face as I relieved him at the Habitat Restore on Wednesdays. He always said, well the boss is here to relieve me. He will be sadly missed.
