PATSY BRITTON Kalona Patsy Britton, 73, of Kalona, died Saturday, Oct. 30, 2021, at her home. Funeral services have been set for 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 6, at Peterseim Funeral Home in Kalona. Burial will be at Sharon Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service at the funeral home. Patsy was born Sept. 19, 1948, in Conway, Ark., the daughter of J.C. and Viva Ramsey. She was united in marriage to Gerald Britton on Dec. 11, 1964, in Charleston, Ark. Patsy was retired from working as a customer service manager at Wal-Mart in Iowa City. She enjoyed traveling, trips to the casino, tending to her cats and flowers and a feel-good drama on TV. Survivors include her sons, Tracy (Sheila), Wellman, Tim (Merre Mahan), Kalona, and Chad, Milwaukee, Wis.; sibling, Roger Ramsey, Vilonia, Ark., and three grandchildren, Miranda, Morgan and Paul. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Gerald, in 2018.
