Sturgis, KY

Steve Henshaw, age 70, died March 12,2017 at his home. He was a lifelong farmer and a retired mail carrier. He was member of the 1st Christian Church and served as an Elder and Sunday School teacher. Survivors include his wife Jane Ann Henshaw, and his children Kristi(Adam) O'nan, Brian(Jan)Henshaw and Travis(Rheaann) Henshaw all of Sturgis, one brother Doug Henshaw of Alabama, 9 grandchildren. Service will be 11am Wed. at the First Christian Church in Sturgis. Visitation will be 4 to8 Tues at Whitsell Funeral Home Sturgis and 9am Wed until service at the church

I am truly sorry about your loss it's very difficult when that happens if you need anything just speak up I can only imagine how hard it is on you and your family he will be truly missed

Jane Ann and family, I am so sorry for your loss. I just heard about this and am sorry I didn't get to come to funeral home. Steve was such a good man. My mom used to talk about him being her mailman. She thought a lot of him as I know many people did. God bless you all.
