Preceded in death by an uncle, Jeff Appel and several other aunts uncles and grandparents. Family will receive friends at St. Jude Catholic Church, 241 W. St., New Lenox, IL 60451 on Wednesday, July 11 2007 from 9:00am until time of Mass of The Angels at 10:00am. Interment Stavanger Cemetery, Seneca, IL. In lieu of flowers memorials to the family to set up a fund for Grace Mary would be appreciated. KURTZ MEMORIAL CHAPEL
