Casey Adamson Obituary
Casey R. Adamson, age 21, a resident of New Lenox, passed away suddenly on Friday, July 13, 2018.
Beloved son of Karin and Shawn Adamson; and loving brother of Corey, Christian, and Courtney Adamson; also survived by numerous loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and his grandparents; and his beloved pet cat, Ash.
Casey was a student at the University of Alabama in the engineering department.
The family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Rd., New Lenox, IL 60451 on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 from 3:00 to 9:00 PM. Funeral service Thursday, July 19, 2018 at 10:00 AM in the funeral home chapel. Interment Maplewood Cemetery, New Lenox.

Shawn, Karin and family I am so sorry to hear about Casey. It seems like yesterday that the kids were bowling together. I know this is a difficult time for you but please know that you are all in our thoughts. I can't imagine what you are going through. Casey was my rock and helped me through numerous world shattering events within a short period of time. He came to Wednesday I wish I could've helped him more. Me and the entire Bama catholic student body will be holding mass and rosaries in his name.

Casey was a good friend to my grandson, Keegan. They were both at my home about 2 weeks ago. Casey said he remembered being in my pool when he was a kid. Kidding around I asked if he was one of the kids without his swim trunks, and he laughed and said "no", he had his own. He was a sweet young man. He will be deeply missed by his family and his good friends. My deepest sympathy to his family. God rest his soul.
