Daniel John Caruso
Passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 9, 2021, at the age of 78.
He is survived by the love of his life, Juanita Whitler Caruso, whom he married
in 1963. He is also survived by his children and their families; Tina and Tom
Bockstahler of Elgin, Arizona, Jeff and Nikki Caruso of Chandler, Arizona,
Mike and Julie Caruso of Spring Grove, Bob and Missy Caruso of Morris,
John Caruso and Nancy Abate of Daytona Beach, Florida, Greg and Vikki Caruso of Frankfort, Brent and Gail Caruso of Channahon, Mary and Joe Grimm of North Muskegon, Michigan, Kevin and Kelly Caruso of Lemont and Keith and Jen Caruso of New Lenox.
Also surviving are nineteen grandchildren; Cali, Danny, Jessica, Alexis, Gabriella, Isabella, Nicole, Emily, Gracie, Gavin, Landen, Annabelle, Samantha,
Brandon, Ethan, Lucas, Danielle, Christopher and Annette.
Daniel was born on December 5, 1942, in Joliet to the late John and Cecelia Caruso. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Carol Seminero.
Dan was a loving father, husband, grandfather, uncle, brother-in-law, and
friend to everyone. A long-time resident of Minooka, he was passionate about his kids and grandkids. He loved watching his kids play sports, spending time with family, and taking care of his yard. He was hard working,
kind and loved his family more than anything.
A Requiem Mass for Daniel J. Caruso will be offered at 11:00 AM on Friday,
September 24, 2021 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Minooka. According to Dan's wishes, cremation rites have been accorded. For more information,

My heart broke I just out my friend Dan pass away from cancer. Dan was a one of a kind person. He's was always willing to go the extra mile to helps others. He's was a loan offers for many years. Dan was kinda enough to help us though out process of buy our frist home. He help us find a bank and our lawyer for our close. Dan I will aways be great full for your help your one of the reasons Danielle Prince-Galounis and I have a beautiful home today. My prayers are with your family may you rest in peace my friend
