I have been told that I am related to Lockport Tierneys, so I was interested in this obit. There used to be a lot of Tierneys, but I rarely run across the name any more. My Great Great Grandfather was Patrick Tierney (born 1818) in Limerick, Ireland. Bernard was his oldest child. Bernard had a daughter who married a Betzweiser. I believe she lived in Lkpt. Does this sound familiar to you?
