Born in Budapest, Hungary, a resident of New Lenox, Jeno, age 76, passed away onTuesday, December 8, 2020.
Loving husband of Beth Majerszky (Gavlik); loving brother of George Majerszky; cherished uncle of Jessica (Jason), Christopher (Carrie), Leanna (Jim), James, Justin, Jocelyn (Florian), T. J. (Morgan) and Ben and great-uncle of Julianne, Amanda, William, Charlie, Elli, Henry, Frances and Cambree.
Jeno was preceded in death by his parents Jeno and Margaret Majerszky.
Jeno was the former owner of Jeno Majerszky & Associates, and a Senior Examiner for the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco and Chicago before his retirement. He enjoyed traveling, photography, Märklin trains, and was an avid animal lover.
Due to the Covid-19 virus, a Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
Memorial donations to Joliet Area Community Hospice, 250 Water Stone Circle, Joliet, IL 60435, or Will County Humane Society, 24109 Seil Rd., Shorewood, IL 60404 would be appreciated.
